Brewed using pale malts and a combination of Kentish and North American hops to produce a lighter bodied, but still fully-flavoured zesty golden ale. This beer won Gold at the SIBA Regionals in the South East in 2014. A core beer, available all year

The hops just keep getting bigger in this beer. Subtle on the nose, they start to come through in the mouth, & really burst out into a lasting finish. A complex blend of late hopping is at work here, & work it does. All with a steady base of malt & bitterness underneath it, & done with only the merest hint of grapefruit/citrus.

Dark fruit & hops on the nose, with hints of roast malt & smoke. Full bodied in the mouth. Smooth with dark malt, & a side order of the aforementioned dark fruit. A dry & very subtle smokey finish with fruit & hop notes skittering over the top of it.

Spiral Stout is a traditional stout. It has an aroma of dark autumnal berries, and is full bodied with undertones of coffee and dark chocolate. It has a gentle lingering dry roast finish with a hint of smoke.
